This Disclaimer applies to your use of the AyuLink digital health records platform (the "Platform") operated by AyuLink Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("AyuLink", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Disclaimer carefully. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. No Medical Advice

• All medical decisions, including but not limited to diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, and clinical interventions, are the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare professional.
• You should always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare provider for any medical concerns. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on any information available on or through the Platform.
• AyuLink does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any specific treatment, medication, product, or healthcare provider accessible through the Platform.

2. No Emergency Service Guarantee

• While the Platform includes an emergency QR feature that allows sharing of basic medical information, this feature is provided strictly as a supplementary convenience and is not a substitute for emergency medical services.
• AyuLink does not guarantee that the emergency QR feature will function without interruption, that the data displayed will be complete or up to date, or that emergency responders will be able to access or act upon the information.
• Do not rely on AyuLink for life-threatening or time-critical medical situations.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

• All data on the Platform — including medical records, prescriptions, lab reports, and health profiles — is entered, uploaded, and managed by users (patients, doctors, hospitals, and their authorised representatives).
• AyuLink does not independently verify, validate, or authenticate the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data entered by users.
• AyuLink shall not be held responsible for any consequences, including adverse health outcomes, arising from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or fraudulent data entered by users.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their data and for updating it promptly when changes occur.

4. ABHA Integration Disclaimer

• Any references to ABHA on the Platform are forward-looking statements and do not represent current functionality.
• AyuLink does not currently pull, push, or synchronise any data with the ABHA or NDHM systems.
• We do not claim compliance with ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) standards at this time.

5. Platform Limitation Disclaimer

• The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AyuLink makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
• AyuLink does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• AyuLink shall not be liable for any loss of data, business opportunities, revenue, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. AyuLink does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Indemnification

By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AyuLink Health Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any data you provide, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
• Any reliance by you or any third party on the information or data available through the Platform.
• Your violation of these disclaimers, our Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may include links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, services, or applications. These links and services are provided solely for your convenience.

• AyuLink does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party services.
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and policies of those services.

8. No Warranty on Healthcare Provider Credentials

While AyuLink performs basic registration checks for healthcare providers on the Platform, we do not comprehensively verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, credentials, competence, or registration status of any doctor, hospital, or clinic using the Platform. It is your responsibility to independently verify the credentials of any healthcare provider before seeking treatment.

9. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising from this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
